to tweet or not to tweet

Hiya! What a long, busy day here in Syracuse, NY :) my fun-filled weekend didn't leave too much time for work so I woke up extra early today to catch up. By the way, I don't know what is up with me but I already cannot wait for the next weekend. Problematic, I know. Anyway, pretty soon after waking, as expected, I got hungry.
So, down the stairs I went, to our kitchen with my pre-portioned baggie of rolled oats ( cinnamon already mixed in!) and green tea bag, and within five minutes, breakfast was served :). For future reference, as the weather here recedes to frigid winter temperatures, I will be having the same breakfast each morning. This may very well be the first and last photo of it ;)
So, Twitter. Do you do it? I'm mostly opposed to the obsessive (in my mind) social-networking site. I just feel like the majority of people who tweet, in some twisted way, are basically begging others to stalk them. Now, don't get me wrong, I understand it's h-u-g-e nonetheless, and I do know how to use it since it was one of my responsibilities at Modelinia, but I still don't "get it." I do, however, have an account and found out yesterday that one of my editors is following me. And suddenly, I feel inclined to tweet! Am I crazy? David Pogue doesn't seem to think so. He came to my school to speak yesterday and, although I missed it in transit, my professor, Gina Chen, wrote a blog post about it, Twitter and cultural diplomacy. Thoughts?
